I resonate totally with this meditation. I've taken many trains and the background sound seems to imitate an actual train. I had never considered visiting my self living my best life but when I listen to this I take the train and see the unbelievable abundance and happiness and pure joy because of unconditional love. I don't know if it's my earbuds or the audio settings during the recording session, but the stereo shifts from left to right and it creates a fade in the spoken portion. This creates a dust rating struggle to try to follow and actually hear what's being said. Takes me out of a meditative state. 🧘‍♂️ But, maybe it's me. I just don't experience this with other videos.
